Kleinschmidt Bar, Mankato, Minnesota. Ledger Book, 1903 - 1904
The Kleinschmidt Bar collection contains the bar’s financial ledger for 1903 through 1904. Nicholas Kleinschmidt, 1866 – 1945, was the bar’s proprietor. Besides running his bar business, Kleinschmidt served as the proprietor of the Stahl Hotel. The Kleinschmidt Bar was located on the corner of Front and Plum in Mankato.
KMSU Radio. Collection 1983-ongoing.
The KMSU Radio Collection is primarily made up of program guides, the Monitor, and newsletters, Airwaves, which were distributed to subscribers. The Monitor and Airwaves issues contain radio schedules, show descriptions, coming attractions, and often stories at the end or beginning about people or events on the radio. The collection also includes ads and other documents.

This collection consists of items pertaining to the Mankato Junior Chamber of Commerce, also know as the Mankato Jaycees. This group is a service organization composed of young men (21 – 35 years old) from the Mankato area. The Jaycees are involved in a number of community improvement projects. The collection consists of meeting minutes, informational and organizational materials for the various service projects of the group, photographs, and financial records for the Mankato Jaycees.

This collection consists of three maps constructed by the Geography Department at Mankato State University. One of the maps is of environmentally sensitive areas of Mankato, Minnesota, and was created in 1984. Another map is a 1986 zoning map of Mankato/North Mankato. The final map contains information on changes in Mankato population from 1970 to 1980, and was drawn from 1986 census reports.
