Abstract This collection consists of a typed transcript of an interview conducted with Catherine Blesi. Blesi was a long time supporter of the Girl Scouts of Fairmont, Minnesota. She was president of the Fairmont Girl Scouts Council from 1936 until 1940. The typescript was compiled by using quotations from a taped interview from Blesi. Abstract

This collection consists of 35 small volumes originally belonging to the Matt J. Graif Clothing store in Mankato, Minnesota. Matt J. Graif Clothing is a men’s store, and the volumes contain the names and addresses of those who purchased suits there, and the prices of the items. These records were kept for reference purposes should a customer have a complaint about the purchase. The volumes run from 1925 until 1960, with the records from 1932 missing.

This collection consists of audio and transcripts of oral histories conducted in 2016 and 2017 by Minnesota State University, Mankato students under the direction of Professors Christopher Corley and Angela Jill Cooley.  They interviewed 15 Greater Mankato YWCA (Young Women Christian Association) Women of Distinction honorees to document the history of the YWCA’s annual award and how the program fulfills YWCA goals of empowering women and eliminating racism.

This collection consists of items pertaining to the family of Luella Lane Griffith, of Smith's Mill, Minnesota. Included in the collection are the records of her father's general store and the records that he kept as the justice of the peace. Abstract

This collection consists of a paper written about the Hodapp Mansion in North Mankato, Minnesota. The paper was written by Dennis Hagen in 1966. Hagen describes his great grandfather’s move to the United States from Germany, his years of operating a drug store in Mankato, pioneer life in the Mankato area, and the house he built near Spring Lake in North Mankato. Photographs and copies of the land deeds for the home are also included with the paper.
