Commencement. Collection, 1870-Ongoing
The Commencement collection is a chronological sequence of graduation ceremonies which started in the 1870. This collection is comprised of graduation programs, newspaper articles, banners, and audio and video recordings.
Costume, Apparel and Memorabilia. Collection, 1940-Ongoing
This collection consists of costumes, apparel and memorabilia associated with Minnesota State University, Mankato and its predecessor institutions. Included in this collection are: athletic apparel, banners, blankets, sweaters, sweatshirts, t-shirts, alumni "swag," commencement apparel items and homecoming costumes.
Directories. Collection, 1927-Ongoing
The Directories Collection, 1927 to present, contains telephone and address directories for campus, faculty, administrative and staff offices. The collection contains two series; the campus directories, and the faculty/staff directories.

Home Economics 1951-1976
The Home Economics program officially began at Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1948, and continues to this day as Family Consumer Science (FCS). Since then the program has changed several different divisions/departments in the school, and has continued to educate students about the importance of Home Economics. The collection contains meeting minutes, program reviews, annual reports, and correspondences from the department.
Homecoming Papers. Collection, 1928-Ongoing
The Homecoming Papers collection consists of a yearly folder about the preparation for Homecoming at Minnesota State University, Mankato and its predecessor institutions. Included in the folders are newspaper articles about different Homecoming events, as well as photographs of events that took place during the week.

Institutional Research. Collection 1921-Ongoing
Institutional Research is a collection of the reports and data compiled by Institutional Research to better understand the campus and student body. The data includes enrollment reports, degrees conferred, program reviews, accreditation material and different surveys and studies of departments on campus between 1921 and present. This collection also contains information gathered from outside of the university to help show the composition of the student body.
