Petterson, Gustav S., 1889-1965, and Family. Collection, 1916 - 1979
The Gustav S. Petterson and Family collection consists primarily of the scripts of “The College Hour” radio program, which Petterson hosted once a week at the KYSM Radio station in Mankato, Minnesota. The collection also contains personal items from the Petterson family, including photo albums, Gustav’s sermon book, a signed copy of Sinclair Lewis's book, The Job, and materials related to things happening in Mankato in the 1940s and 1950s.

Pfaender, Jay. Transcript, "The Rapidan Hydroelectric Dam," 1965
This collection consists of a typescript written by Jay Pfaender about the Rapidan Hydroelectric Dam. The paper was originally written for a historical geography class at Mankato State College in 1965. The typescript traces the history of the Rapidan Dam and the land surrounding the project. The work includes photographs, drawings, and maps to illustrate the Rapidan Dam project.

The Andrew G. Phelps collection contains an audiocassette tape, a CD duplicate of the audiocassette, and a transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Phelps and Mary E. Sheeran in 1979. Phelps was bom 24 December 1901, and he began working in the railroad business on 29 October 1919. In the interview, Phelps discussed his duties as a fireman on the raihoad in the 1920s and the Great Depression's affects on the railroad industry.
