Scope and Contents From the Series: This series is primarily comprised of photographs of Cora Sletten, friends, colleagues, and family members. These photographs are dated from 1893-1953, including some undated photographs. The early photographs of her were taken when she was a young girl, graduating from high school and college and her early teaching career. Abstract

Cora Sletten was a geography professor at Mankato State Teachers College. The majority of the collection is comprised of journals, which document twenty-five years of her life. The collection also includes photographs of Ms. Sletten and her friends and family over the years.
