Abstract This collection consists of research notes and a scholarly paper written by Jeffrey Kintop as part of his course work as a graduate student in the History program at Mankato State University. The paper, entitled “Flandreau’s on Front”, is a history of the Thoms Building, formerly at 223 South Front Street in Mankato, Minnesota.
