This collection consists of an oral history interview conducted with Emmet J. Gavin of Austin, Minnesota. He worked for the Hormel Company in Austin for 54 years, and this interview focuses on his employment there. The interview was conducted by Mrs. lone Louk, as part of a project focusing on the 1933 Hormel employees' strike.
