Abstract This collection consists of the correspondence of Carl August Johnson Sr. (“Gus”), formerly of Mankato, Minnesota. Johnson worked as a teacher and lawyer for many years in the communities of Mankato and Lake Crystal. Johnson also served from 1962 until 1972 in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
