Abstract The Edward W. Shannon collection consists of an audiocassette and transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Shannon and Daardi Sizemore in 2002. Shannon was drafted into the Army during World War II and later enlisted in the Army Reserves. He talks about his time in the service, experiences overseas, and his job in Communications.
