Abstract This collection consists of a paper written by Charles Purfeest about the old Seppmann Mill, which is west of Mankato, Minnesota. The mill was a wind-powered grist mill, which was built in 1864. The mill is now a historic site in Minneopa State Park. The paper outlines the history of the mill from its construction to 1890.
