The Board of Directors meeting minutes make up a large portion of the collection. These records cover the years from 1924 until 1974. Reports made to the National Council of the YMCA and YMCA annual reports are a part of the collection. These records run from 1950 to 1976, but are not complete. Other items, such as correspondence, programs, and newspaper clippings about YMCA events are also included in these files.
