This collection consists of four volumes of meeting minutes and financial reports from the Minnesota Valley Mental Health Center and one volume of meeting minutes and financial reports from the Minnesota Valley Special Services Board. These items are in bound volumes and arranged chronologically. Also included in this collection are two newspaper articles pertaining to the incorporation of the Mental Health Center and Special Services into the Human Services Board in 1977.
