Abstract

This collection consists of the records of the Bass Lake Telephone Company, of Faribault County, Minnesota. This company provided service to Winnebago and Delavan Townships in Faribault County. Volume one of the records contains the articles of association and meeting minutes, along with a membership list. A cash journal that lists accounts payable and receivable makes up the rest of the collection.

Abstract

The Arlen Inglof Erdahl collection contains materials about Erdahl’s seven years in the Minnesota House of Representatives and his campaign for Minnesota Secretary of State in 1970. However, the majority of the collection is related to Erdahl’s job as a state representative. The collection is arranged in chronological order from 1963 through 1970. Each year has been divided between into three series of information: Correspondence, Congressional Records, and Miscellaneous documents.

Abstract

The Jacob Armel Kiester collection contains the unpublished “History of Faribault County, Minnesota.” The information is compiled into six volumes, and this manuscript details the county’s history between 1880 and 1904. Previously, Kiester compiled the county’s history preceding 1880 in the book The History of Faribault County, Minnesota, from its First Settlement to the Close of the Year 1879.
