Abstract This collection consists of a handwritten copy of the reminiscences of Mark Anthony Gilmore, of Mapleton, Minnesota. These reminiscences were dictated to Harriet and Paul Barney in 1907. Gilmore discusses his life before moving to Minnesota, moving to Colorado as part of the gold rush, and working on the Union Pacific Railroad.
