Abstract
This collection consists of promotional materials relating to Farmfest ’76, an agricultural festival that was held in Lake Crystal, Minnesota. Included in the collection are: a flyer containing information on Farmfest activities, three issues of Forward to Farmfest, a map of the exhibit area at Farmfest, and two posters for the event, which show the bicentennial theme. Forward to Farmfest was a newspaper devoted to the events and displays that were occurring at Farmfest in 1976.

Abstract
The John Robert Holgate collection contains an audiocassette tape, a CD duplicate of the audiocassette, and transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Holgate and Robert A. Parsons during the fall of 1988. Holgate began his teaching career in Aransas Pass, Texas, 1962-1963. He left Texas in 1963 and began teaching in Lake Crystal, Minnesota.
