Scope and Contents From the Series:

This series is made up of the organizational and membership records of the MSU Mankato Circle K club as well as their activities. Specifically, there are event posters, planning materials, meeting agendas and notes, budget information, membership information, correspondences and club service agreements and trainings. The oldest of these records date back to 1978, while the majority of the material in this series date from the late 1990’s to the late 2010’s.

Scope and Contents From the Series: This series spans from 1983 to the present. It contains scrapbooks made by MSU Mankato Circle K members and they demonstrate the activities the club was engaged in from year to year. These activities include fundraising, volunteering, club functions (banquets, parties, meetings, etc.), as well as participation in regional and national conventions. Abstract

The Mankato State University (MSU) Mankato Circle K International Collection contains the scrapbooks and organizational records of the Circle K club at the university. Records of this service-focused, student-run organization include meeting notes, event planning information, scrapbooks and more. The collection also includes information from the Minnesota-Dakotas District (AKA “Minn-Dak” or “MN-DAK”) of Circle K as well as Circle K International.

Scope and Contents From the Series:

This series is made up of material pertaining to the Circle K organization strictly on an international level. These materials denote the organizational structure as well as rules and laws of the organization. Training materials and international-level programs and directives are also included. Materials are from 1972 to present with the majority of the series being comprised of records from the 1990’s-2000’s.
