Abstract
The Joel Jensen collection consists of an audio recording, biographical form, and interview outline of an oral history interview conducted between Jensen and Mark Sheehy in October 2008. Jensen attended Wilson Campus School from 1968-1977. In this interview, Jensen talks about what it was like at Wilson after the changed format, his classes, and his life after Wilson.
This oral history interview was conducted as part of the Wilson Campus School Oral History Project conducted by the Southern Minnesota Historical Center at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Biographical / Historical
Joel Jensen was born December 17, 1959 in Mankato, Minnesota. Jensen attended Kennedy Elementary School before attending Wilson Campus School in 1968. Jensen's father, Orville Jensen, taught at Wilson Campus School. Jensen graduated early so that he would not have to attend another high school. After high school, Jensen joined the Navy and worked on submarines for a while. While Jensen was in college, he got a position at Mankato State College, in the security department. Jensen currently serves as the associate director of campus security at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
