Abstract

The Wale Agboola collection consists of an audio recording, biographical form, and interview outline of an oral history interview conducted between Agboola and Zeara Alvarez in November 2010. Agboola attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2007-current. In this interview, Agboola talks about his experience as an MSU student while working several jobs. He discusses his goals for his future and the different challenges in going higher in education.

This oral history interview was conducted as part of the Tell Your MSU Story Oral History Project conducted by the Southern Minnesota Historical Center at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Biographical / Historical

Wale Agboola was born and raised in Nigeria, West Africa. His parents moved him here and he attended high school in Minnesota. He then decided to attend Minnesota State University, Mankato. He has been on the Dean's list several times. He has been involved in different organizations, but spends most of his time working. Once Wale graduates, he would like to continue in his photography career and hopes for more opportunities with big companies, to showcase his work and abilities.
