Abstract

The Minikahda Club collection contains a sixty-four page volume that gives the history of the Minikahda Country Club and commemorates the organization’s twenty-fifth anniversary. The Club began in 1898, and Judge M.B. Koon served as the first president. The volume gives information on topics such as golf, acquisition of the property, and other aspects of the Club. Included in the collection are various pictures of the Club’s grounds, facilities, and its members. Besides the photographs, the volume contains a list of the clubs officers. This edition belonged to Perry Harrison. It is number 99 of 130 published copies.
