Biographical / Historical

Hibbard was born on December 5, 1893 in Watonwan County, Minnesota. He appears in the 1905 state of Minnesota census living in Madelia. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I attaining the rank of Corporal. He died on December 28, 1979 and is buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
