Scope and Contents

Dr. Ruth Miner-Kessel was politically engaged and constantly wrote to politicians about issues she felt were important in addition to serving on the Whitewater city council. Despite the many responsibilities she held, she also took on many personal activism projects which are included in this collection. This series of documents is important to the collection because it emphasizes just how much Dr. Ruth Miner-Kessel was involved in the world around her.
