Abstract The collection contains a typed copy of reminiscences by George Griffin written in the fall of 1941. Griffm focused on his numerous jobs. He recalled his youthful occupations and reminisced about working on a threshing crew, being a carpenter, running steam engines, and working in boiler rooms at various factories and mills located in Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
