Scope and Contents
This series contains records related to faculty and staff prior to the first union contract in March 1976. It includes early records of the Faculty Association which began in the 1930s along with materials related to organizing efforts, discussions over union representation and issue related to the personnel reduction plan during the enrollment crisis of the 1970s.
